23 people, including a Russian crew of 4, have been killed in a plane crash in the Republic of Congo. This dramatic footage shows how the plane crashed into a residential area in the town of Pointe-Noire, destroying several houses and starting a fire. Clouds of smoke are still billowing out from the site. Authorities say a committee will be established to investigate the accident.
